If you prefer a quiet board meeting/luncheon without all the fanfare, plan on white linen, custom printed menus, your choice of pre-determined selections ranging from carne asada to the popular tostadas supremas and maybe a fresh rose at each place setting.

If it's an incentive rally for 400, plan on the works – private pre-function areas, outdoor patios for cocktails and appetizers, then indoors to the largest independent restaurant in the valley.
